Ideation

A comprehensive strategy was developed that blends visual appeal with engaging customer interactions, ensuring every encounter with Reeftopia is both memorable and inspiring. By incorporating innovative design techniques specific to the aquarium industry and making unique design choices, we created a distinct and impactful brand presence. This approach leverages cutting-edge design practices to set Reeftopia apart, capturing the attention and imagination of customers at every touchpoint.

Results

Our efforts led to impressive achievements across multiple channels:

  • Print Media & Packaging: Visually striking materials were crafted to embody Reeftopia’s vibrant and dynamic brand, enriching the customer journey from the first glance to the unboxing experience. Unique knifelines and eye-catching CTAs were thoughtfully designed to grab the attention of passers-by.
  • Stationery: Professional, branded stationery was designed to consistently represent Reeftopia across all communications, whether for B2B or B2C interactions.
  • eCommerce Website: A user-friendly and visually appealing website was launched, designed to showcase Reeftopia’s extensive product range. Each page features unique breakout sections, offering clear, easy-to-consume information tailored to the intricacies of the reef-keeping hobby. This approach simplifies the browsing and purchasing experience, making it accessible even in this typically challenging industry.
  • SEO/SEM: We implemented a strong SEO and SEM campaign, which lifted the online visibility of Reeftopia many folds, with growing website traffic and higher conversion rates. The ad impressions were 287k, ad clicks 20k, advertising CTR 6.97%, SEM costs $9.73k, and online revenue $629k.
  • Window Signage: We designed eye-catching window signs that grabbed the attention of passers-by, boosting in-store traffic and leaving a memorable impression on customers.
